What costs or additional fees are eligible for reimbursement?

The following additional costs commonly appear on contractor invoices being reviewed as a part of the draw review process. Eligible expenses can generally be approved as additional costs, while ineligible expenses cannot. Homeowners are encouraged discuss the details of the mitigation project(s) with the contractor before beginning any improvements. 

Eligible expenses:

  • Attic Vents   
  • Flashing
  • Garage door remotes
  • Labor costs
  • Permit fees 

Ineligible expenses:

  • Fascia
  • Credit Card/Convenience Fees / Wire Fees
  • Stucco
  • Gutters
  • Chimney Clearing
  • Solar Panels
  • Solar Attic Fans
  • Project-related Warranties
  • Dumpster fees
