The following statuses are visible as homeowners progress through the draw request process.
DRAW REQUEST STATUS | STATUS UPDATE |
Draw Request Submitted | The draw request has been submitted and is pending review. |
Draw Request Under Review | The draw request is under initial review. Homeowners will be sent an email once the initial review is complete or if additional information is needed. |
Draw Request Returned - Needs More Info | Homeowners have received an email from the team requesting additional information or documentation to complete the initial review. |
Draw Request Not Approved - Pending Applicant Response | Homeowners have received an Request for Information (RFI) email from the team requesting additional information or documentation to complete the initial review. If homeowners do not respond to an RFI within sixty (60) days, the My Safe FL Home grant application will be deemed withdrawn and administratively closed. |
Draw Request RFI Response Received - Under Review | Homeowner's response to the RFI has been received and is under additional review. Homeowners will be sent an email once the review is complete or if additional information is needed. |
Draw Request Resubmitted | Homeowner has submitted the additional documentation requested by the team and it is under additional review. Homeowners will be sent an email once the review is complete or if additional information is needed. |
Draw Request Under Secondary QC Review | The draw request is under a quality control review. All draws undergo two reviews for quality assurance. Homeowners will be sent an email once the review is complete or if additional information is needed. |
Draw Request Resubmitted – Pending Add Review | Homeowner has submitted the additional documentation requested by the team and it is under additional review. Homeowners will be sent an email once the review is complete or if additional information is needed. |
Draw Approved, Payment Pending | The draw request has been approved and the check will be mailed to soon. |
Payment Sent | The payment has been sent. Please allow at least three weeks for the check to arrive. |
PLEASE NOTE: Processing time varies for each case and all draws are processed in the order they are received.
