What if I have not received a check within 3 weeks of notice?

If it has been more than 3 weeks and you have not received a check at the address provided on the draw request, please submit a ticket to the “Reimbursement Payment Not Received Form” contained in this link: My Safe FL Home Support Center - Reimbursement Payment Not Received


PLEASE NOTE: Check payments cannot be delivered to an active USPS forwarding address and will be returned to Department of Financial Services.
