How do I enter my driver's license to confirm the Prioritization Questionnaire?

Applicants can refer to the below guide for additional information on filling out the primary household member's driver's license/State ID information on the "Confirm Prioritization Questionnaire" step of the Prioritization Questionnaire in the Applicant Portal.    

PLEASE NOTE: The driver's license number listed on the "Confirm Prioritization Questionnaire" step MUST be for the "Primary Household Member" as identified in the "Household Members" step of the Prioritization Questionnaire in the Applicant Portal. If one or more Household Member(s) is aged sixty years or older, this individual MUST be listed as the "Primary Household Member."

In this example highlighted below, since Jane Doe is listed as the "Primary Household Member" on the "Household Members" step, it MUST be Jane Doe's driver's license information that is filled in on the "Confirm Prioritization Questionnaire" step.
