If the case status in the Applicant Portal lists one of the following Grant Group statuses, there is no action to be taken at this time:
- Grant Group 1 – 60+ LI
- Grant Group 2 – Other LI
- Grant Group 3 – 60+ MI
- Grant Group 4 – Other MI
- Grant Group 5 – General
Please continue to monitor the Program’s website, MySafeFLHome.com, for updates and information as they become available.
If you meet the above criteria and need to update Household Member information and/or Household Income, please submit a ticket to the My Safe FL Home Support Center using this link: MSFH: Support Center.
